I'm Tom Gera (b. 1988, Netherlands), an Amsterdam-based director and writer who also builds the visual worlds his stories live in. VFX, design and GenAI aren't afterthoughts, they're part of the thinking from page one.
Working with agencies and studios, I've created work for Beyoncé, Booking.com and Ziggo amongst many. My films have screened at Slamdance, Netherlands Film Festival, Interfilm Berlin and Rhode Island IFF (Oscar-qualifying), picking up Vimeo Staff Picks and international awards along the way.
